1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Terraw.in.
2. Return will be processed only if:
a. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
b. The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
c. The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, and all the accessories if any therein)
3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect variant or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
4. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
5. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise listed in the category specific policy.
6. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the exact same item is in stock.
7. If the replacement request is placed and the exact same product is not in stock, we will provide a refund.
8. In the effort to reduce the carbon footprint per unit weight of each product that we sell, ship them through Indian Postal Services. Since the logistical services provided by Indian Postal Services aren’t regularized for return of orders, we request you to dispatch the product for successful return/refund/replacement and notify us via e-mail.
9. The amount charged by the courier for return of the sold product shall be refunded to you by the means of coupons or refund of amount to your account.
Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.
